This includes :

• Premium calculations in accordance with the rates agreed for each client individually even if there were a number of different rates determined for different cargoes/different destinations, etc.
  

• At your discretion, this online program enables you to issue an insurance certificate which will or will not state the Premium to be paid.
  

• The certificate issued will automatically state the name of the surveyor at the destination, including his contact info.
  

• The system will be programmed to recognize different insurance values for different commodities. Therefore, the sum calculated for each insured shipment will automatically be given the appropriate, pre-calculated rate and premium respectively. In other words, the system will "recognize" and "retain" these calculated rates.
  

• The online system can accept different currencies and converts them, automatically, into US dollars for the purpose of calculating the Premium and the sum of the Insurance Certificate or, at your discretion, issue the Certificate in another currency other than US dollars.
  

• The system automatically calculates the additional cost for war, strikes, riots and civil commotions, in accordance with the London Institute War and Strike Clauses for destinations where these outstanding rates exist.
  

• The system will automatically include in the certificate the deductible determined for each individual client. If there are different deductibles for different destinations/goods - the system will identify the correct one.
  

• The online system will enable you to show the list of insurance certificates produced in the past according to several, different variables including , inter alia, assured name, dates, endorsement number and reference number.
  

• The system produces separately for you and for each of your clients, monthly bordereaux and the ability to bill your client online. It will retain these reports for 12 months.
  

The system enables you to send the insurance certificates via email, individually to the client or to any other party, for his information. The system includes a graphic display of statistics regarding your and/or your client's activities in general and those transactions of each of your various clients in the past 12 months. When necessary, the system enables you to download the monthly bordereaux file onto your computer, as necessary.
